 The clusters of large, bell-shaped, wine red flowers, on 2-3' stalks, are wonderfully fragrant. Lush, tropical-looking foliage. Gardeners in zones down to 6 have been known to successfully leave them in the ground by using a heavy mulch. However, Crinum do well in crowded containers so anyone can enjoy this beauty and just pulling them in for the winter. Very easy to grow and a plant everyone should have.
