An outstanding cultivar of the irreplaceable Japanese Leopard Plant. Farfugium 'Kagami Jishi' has the same yellow-spotted 6 to 10'' leaves of F. 'Aureomaculata' but with the added leaf-cresting found in F. 'Crispata'. In fall, 2' tall sprays of large, yellow, daisy-like flowers rise above the perfect foliage. Farfugium 'Kagami Jishi' is a workhorse in the shade garden adding colorful highlights and texture year round. Performs best in moist, rich soils with good drainage and also makes a superb container house plant. It does not like to grow in damp, boggy conditions.

AKA: Ligularia This giant form of Farfugium tussilaginea features large 15 inch dark green round leaves. It forms a 30 inch wide clump which is great for adding pizzazz to the shaded landscape. Known in Australia as the Tractor Seat Plant. Stays evergreen down into the teens and prefers moist, well drained soils.
