This beautiful SW native perennial resembles a yucca with its narrow blue-green foliage. The 18 inch clump of evergreen leaves are topped by 3 to 4 foot stems each carrying dozens of small reddish-pink, bell-shaped flowers. Great hummingbird plant & extremely drought tolerant. Performs best in full sun in well-drained, dry soil. Common landscape plant in Tucson but fairly hardy.
