 Very showy flowers, which are large, frilly, orchid-pink to lavender with blue anthers. They rise on long stems high above evergreen rosettes of deep green, lance-shaped leaves. A native Mid-Atlantic American plant found along streams and in clearings and is endangered. Do not collect in the wild. Very tough, very nice, garden-worthy plant. Very easy to propagate by division or seed and extremely easy to grow. You’ll have a large display of these beautiful, long lasting flowers before you know it.
