An early open pollinated mibuna variety, this vigorous grower is tolerant to both heat and cold. The leaves add a mild mustard flavor to a fresh green salad. They are delicious lightly steamed with a soy dressing, and are also commonly used for pickling. Maturity: Approx. 30 day. Planting season: Early spring or late summer to early fall.
